Mark your calendars, because you don’t want to miss these deliciously fun culinary happenings:

Craft Pita and Winnie’s are joining forces for the second annual Habibi Night on Saturday, May 10 from 6 to 11 p.m. at Winnie’s, 3622 Main. The celebration of Lebanese culture will feature mezze like pomegranate molasses wings, eggplant pirogues and chopped boudin springroll hummus, plus unique sandwiches such as the Lebanese Philly and lamb meatball grinder.Guests can also enjoy Arak cocktails, boozy frozen mint lemonade, Arabic Afro House music and a full hookah experience.

On Wednesday, May 14, Buffalo Bayou Partnership invites guests to the fourth annual Cocktails in Bloom, held from from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Lost Lake, 3422 Allen Parkway. The al fresco soirée features specialty cocktails, a margarita bar, bites from Flora and other local favorites and live music set against the serene backdrop. Tickets are $125, with BBP members receiving a $25 discount using a promo code.

The team at Bar Bludorn is joining forces with Craft Pita’s Raffi Nasr for a special one-day-only, three-course Lebanese Brunch on Saturday, May 17. Highlights include mezze featuring beet hummus, muhammara, labneh and more; lamb shoulder, mushroom and beef kafta kabobs and eggs; and Dubai chocolate crepe cake. Tickets are $55 via Resy.

8th Wonder Brewery, 2202 Dallas, invites folks to peel, pinch and join the fun at its Heads & Tails Crawfish Boil on Saturday, May 17 from noon to 6 p.m. Take down pounds of crawfish from Bagzz of Bugzz, ice-cold drinks and live music from Ruben Moreno’s Zydeco Re-Evolution and DJ Bassman. The event is free to attend.

Hidden Omakase, 5353 West Alabama, is hosting its coveted Tuna Breakdown Dinner on Monday, May 19, as chef Marcos Juarez breaks down a 200-pound whole tuna, live in front of the intimate dining room. For $325 per person, enjoy a 15-course omakase-style tasting menu with highlights like a caviar cart, Beluga vodka tasting and live oyster shucking, plus sake, cocktails and surprise entertainment. Two seatings are available at 6:15 and 8:30 p.m. Reservations are required.
