Restaurateur and chef Levi Goodeโ€™s new luxury speakeasy Sidebar, 9757 Katy Freeway, is welcoming guests to ring in the new year with elevated bites, cocktails, a sparkling midnight toast and live music. Tickets are $100 per person and additional upgraded celebration packages including bottles and caviar are available. The party goes from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.

โ€œMidnight in Parisโ€ at Santรฉ Lounge

Brand new cocktail lounge, Santรฉ Lounge, 2309 Richmond, invites NYE revelers to step into a world of Parisian elegance with its โ€œMidnight in Paris.โ€ The evening will feature live performances and a guest DJ along with artfully crafted signature cocktails. For $175 per person for standing service at 9 p.m., experience complimentary caviar service and champagne service all night. Contact VIP Host for table seating and pricing.

New Yearโ€™s Day Hangover Brunch at EZโ€™s Liquor Lounge

On New Yearโ€™s Day, EZโ€™s Liquor Lounge, 3302 White Oak, is kicking 2025 off right with its third annual New Yearโ€™s Day Hangover Brunch, featuring $25 lates of fried chicken, biscuits, collard greens and black-eyed peas for good luck.

El Bolillo Bakery celebrates the Epiphany by offering Rosca de Reyes, a large brioche-style bread ring adorned with vibrant pieces of dried fruit paste, crunchy cookie topping and colorful sugars, plus the traditional baby figurine hidden inside. Order online or in-store for pick up January 2โ€“6 at any El Bolillo Bakery location.

Hanukkah Catering at Kenny & Ziggyโ€™s New York Delicatessen Restaurant

Kenny & Ziggyโ€™s New York Delicatessen Restaurant and Bakery, 1743 Post Oak, will offer its Chanukah and Festival of Lights catering menus, featuring favorites like stuffed cabbage, brisket, fried kreplach, potato pancakes, pastrami-cured salmon and sweet noodle kugel. All orders must be made at least 72 hours in advance. The restaurant will be closed for dining on December 25 but will be open for picking up pre-ordered food from 8 to 11 a.m. It opens for regular hours on December 26 and is open throughout Hanukkah.

BACARDร Holiday Coquito Competition

During the BACARDร Holiday Coquito Competition, bartenders across the nation will serve up their twist on the classic Coquito recipe, including local favorites like 93 Til, FAO HTX, Toasted Coconut and Verde Garden. Throughout December, each Coquito sold will support the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation Philanthropy and Development Program; and in January, the top eight bartenders from each city will battle it out in the competitionโ€™s grand finale Coquito Showdown.ย
