With only four locations worldwide, this second Houston outpost of the popular Italian restaurant is way more than just another chain. The cozy eatery dishes out stunning takes on Italian food, like a silky and highly-addictive Parmesan-laden risotto with Milanese-style braised veal and zesty gremolata at its center. There’s also an excellent wine program alongside the laundry list of shareable plates, housemade pastas, entrees, and pizzas, including the namesake Mascalzone, a cleverly constructed pizza-calzone hybrid.
