Coldplay Adds Second Date To Houston Stop

British pop-rockers Coldplay have added a second date to their Houston stop, now playing two consecutive nights, on June 25 and June 26, as the first date quickly sold out. The band, currently touring behind last October's well-received Mylo Xyloto, has always been pretty popular in the Houston market it seems. Their last few dates in town have been sell-outs or close to it.

Now, what should Chris Martin and the gang do here in Houston for two days straight? Minus stage time, of course Hit up Rudyard's for one of their ass-whippin' burgers? Visit the Menil? Spend too much money at one of our great record stores? Or maybe just stay in the hotel, away from the heat and humidity of what will surely be already a hellish summer to come for Houston? Yeah, probably that.

And to think it all started with this.
