The Truffle Masters, hosted by Houston-based luxury food importer and distributor, DR Delicacy, is a celebration of one of the world’s oldest and most precious delicacies, first-rate truffles. In its sixth year, the top talent in Houston’s restaurant community competed for the title Monday by offering guests and judges their best black truffle dishes.
