Fill 'er Up

Most chiles rellenos at Mexican restaurants are stuffed with a ground beef mixture, but at the Cadillac Bar (1802 Shepherd, 713-862-2020), there's a seafood-stuffed chile relleno ($11.99) that will make you forget all about the meat version. Served with traditional sides of Spanish rice, refried beans, charro beans and slices of avocado, it's one of Cadillac Bar's most popular dishes, according to the manager. And it's easy to understand why.
